In my practice, I often find myself recommending the same helpful resources, noticing common roadblocks that many people face, or wishing I could expand on topics we've touched on in session. This blog is my way of making those conversations more accessible. So whether you're currently working with me, considering therapy, or simply curious about mental health and personal growth.
